How does Tokoserver pricing work?

Our pricing is simple and transparent. You only pay for the resources you use, including compute, storage, network, and optional services.

There are no hidden fees, and usage can be monitored from your dashboard.

Are there any hidden charges?
No. All costs are shown before you confirm a deployment. Applicable taxes and fees are displayed upfront.
Can I scale up or down at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or temporarily stop services based on your needs. You are charged only for actual usage.
How is billing calculated?

Billing is calculated from actual usage.

Compute Instances and Databases:
Billed hourly using the selected resource configuration.

Storage:
Billed from stored data and usage duration.

Network Traffic:
Outbound traffic is measured according to the selected service.

Detailed billing reports are available in the Tokoserver dashboard.
What payment methods are available?

We accept several payment methods, including:

What happens if I forget to pay?

If payment is missed, eligible services enter a grace period so you can top up before interruption.

After the grace period, services may be suspended until payment is completed.

We will notify you by email before taking action.

Can I cancel my services at any time?
Yes. Cancel services at any time from your dashboard. A commitment applies only when you explicitly choose a discounted long-term plan.
